With the tough times behind us the banks and other lending establishments are way more ready to loan money to get the economy rolling.  Even credit limitations have eased.  However by and far the largest and to potential borrowers is the incontrovertible fact that mortgage rates have never been lower in history!!  All this means only one thing : act shortly as it will not always be the time to build or buy a newly created home.
