Birmingham has vastly improved in recent years and has shaken off its image of being an ugly concrete city. In fact Birmingham gets over 22 million visitors every year these days.

There is loads of choice when it comes to flats to rent in Birmingham. In recent years the popularity of the city has seen an increase in the numbers of potential tenants in the area. As a result has been an explosion in the number flats to rent in Birmingham which in my opinion over estimated the number of tenants. This is great news for tenants. Lots of flats to rent in Birmingham that are new and in great condition but a little cheaper because of the competition.

There are lots of areas of Birmingham which will suit any tenant. There is the upmarket Mailbox, there is the entertainment of Broad Street, and the slightly quieter but still centrally located Jewellery Quarter. If you want a quieter life you could live slightly out of city in one of the many leafy suburbs.

There are so many reasons why Birmingham is such a great place to live. It is located right in the centre of England so very easy to get in and out of. The transport network within the city is excellent also.

There are always sporting events being hosted in the city. Warwickshire cricket club play in Edgbaston, a venue also used for test matches. Aston Villa and Birmingham City play in the top flight of English football.

There are other great reasons to think about flats to rent in Birmingham… the National Indoor Arena (NIA) is right in the centre of the city as well as the International Convention Centre (ICC). The National Exhibition Centre (NEC) is close to the airport and often hosts music events and other well know exhibitions.

So if you are thinking about renting then consider renting in Birmingham.
